This is the KLTS release for Kubernetes v1.32.13.

Highlights

Rebuilds the v1.32 LTS line with Go 1.25.9.
Carries the current KLTS image and etcd maintenance patch chain.
Includes the v1.32 KLTS backports for allocation test compatibility and CVE-2025-1767.
